EU Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof that they have been returned) using the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Any other products exempt under applicable consumer protection laws.

If you sell custom POD products, personalised gifts, or made-to-order items, add this extra sentence:
As our products are made to order and/or personalised, they are generally exempt from the EU right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
Please open and check your prints immediately upon receiving them. We accept print returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. If you do not reach out within 30 days, we will be unable to make a return, so please be prompt! Please note that this timeline is flexible during the winter holiday season. Please be aware an exchange may not arrive in time for Christmas if the new print is unable to be printed until after December 13th, as we fulfil exchange requests only after receiving the returned print.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not cover the shipping for returns.
Original Paintings
Please contact us before purchase to arrange a viewing and make sure you are happy with your painting before placing the order. fleur is available for both in person and virtual studio tour and viewings. We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. If your painting is damaged in any way you must contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and damage.
Items that have been commissioned are non returnable, though I will do my absolute best to make sure you love your commissioned artwork by collaborating with you very closely and making any changes you request before delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
